This is an event to raise money for the Point Loma High School Cross Country Team. It is a fast 5K course that is very dog friendly. Dogs are allowed on a leash. The race takes place in Liberty Station, Point Loma.

The Magnuson Series Summer Spirit race is dog friendly. Choose from a 5K, 10K or 15K. There is also a kids' dash. Dogs must be kept on a leash and near you at all times. The trail is open to the public.

This 5K takes place on the 4th of July and is family friendly, including dogs. The 5K is on a scenic trail. Patriotic attire is recommended for all runners and dogs. You're also welcome to walk the 5K.

This is a dog friendly half marathon and 5K race. Dogs can participate in the 5K for free but must register for the half marathon and wear a bib. They will get a shirt and medal.

The Buffalo Stampede is a 1K dog friendly race that is meant to be FAST! It's a flat course and all dogs of all sizes are welcome. They finish through an arch for a nice photo opportunity. Cost is $25 per dog.

This dog friendly fun run will raise money for the Sioux Falls Humane Society. Walk or run the 3K or 5K with your dog! The event takes place at Dunham Park in Sioux Falls.

Well-behaved, leashed dogs are allowed to run in all three races, the 100-miler, the 100K and the 20-miler. They must not bother any people, dogs or wildlife. The course is single track on 20-mile loops. Anyone who lets their dog off leash will be disqualified.

The Salt Flats Endurance Run in an ultramarathon that allows dogs in all distances, including the 50K, 50 miler and 100 miler. You can register your dog to run the entire race and they will essentially be treated as a human runner.

The Dog Jog is a 5K race that is part of the larger Tuck Fest event. The Dog Jog is chip timed and runners will race with their dogs through the Whitewater Center trails.

This event takes place July 10-11 at Angevine Farm in Warren, CT. There is a dog friendly 5K Canicross race at 5:30 p.m. Saturday July 10. There will be special dog awards for the winners and treats for all the dogs!
