There is both a "human 5K" race and a "human/dog 5K" race. Or, run the 1-mile fun run with or without your dog. Results are timed and you will get a shirt and your dog will get a bandana. Award for the overall dog/human 5K winner.

Dogs are allowed to run with you but the race director asks that you start in the back and allow other runners to spread out. Choose from the 10K, 25K or 50K race.

This event takes place in Magnuson Park in Seattle. Bring your dog and choose from a 5K, 10K or 15K event. There is also a "kids' dash."

The Super Chili Bowl 5K is a family friendly event that welcomes both dogs and strollers. You can race in person or virtually. Everyone will receive a custom finisher's medal and a food ticket for a hot bowl of chili! This ticket is redeemable at certain restaurants.

This is an event to raise money for the Point Loma High School Cross Country Team. It is a fast 5K course that is very dog friendly. Dogs are allowed on a leash. The race takes place in Liberty Station, Point Loma.

Dogs are allowed in the Flatlanders Canyon Run 10K and 5K scheduled for Feb. 26, 2022. The dog friendly races will have a later start time (11 a.m.) than the standard events.

This road half marathon is an annual event on Seeley Lake that takes place regardless of how cold it gets! Snow Joke is Montana's largest winter road race, and lots of people bring their dogs.

The Barkside of Winter is a canicross race that takes place on a 2.5-mile looped course. It is mostly double wide trails at the Seno K/RLT Conservancy. You can do up to 4 laps or 10 miles.

Run in the dog friendly Lucky Dog Dash 5K with or without your dog. All participants receive an embroidered hat. Dogs will receive Lucky Dog bandanas.

There will be a full marathon and a half marathon. Dogs are welcome. Strollers are also allowed. The race takes place on Saturday March 12, 2022.

This is a dog friendly half marathon and 5K race. Dogs can participate in the 5K for free but must register for the half marathon and wear a bib. They will get a shirt and medal.

The Shamrock 'n Roll Paws 2K is a dog friendly race! Leashed dogs are welcome in the 2K event. There is also a 5K event without dogs.
