The Macklind Dog Mile is a new event in the overall Macklind Mile weekend! The Dog Mile is a special heat for dogs and their people. The human runner will receive a shirt and race bib. Dogs will receive a race bib for their leash and a custom, finisher dog tag.
This 5K takes place on the 4th of July and is family friendly, including dogs. The 5K is on a scenic trail. Patriotic attire is recommended for all runners and dogs. You're also welcome to walk the 5K.
This event takes place July 10-11 at Angevine Farm in Warren, CT. There is a dog friendly 5K Canicross race at 5:30 p.m. Saturday July 10. There will be special dog awards for the winners and treats for all the dogs!

The White River 50-Mile race allows dogs on the course and at the finish line. The course is mostly single track with two big climbs and lots of rolling terrain.
The Rodeo Valley Trail Run has several distances but dogs are allowed only in the 8K race (4.8 miles) due to trail specific rules. The event takes place at the Golden Gate National Recreation Area in Sausalito, CA. Dogs need to be leashed at all times.
